Came here about a week ago because the Hilton Anaheim has a food court inside that provides multiple options for us to eat. This burger place one of the 6 or so food places within the food court, which is kind of small.
Food was pretty average. Nothing too great or unique about it. The burger didn't come with anything, but it wasn't notated on the menu that the items were ala carte. So for a the price, it wasn't really worth it either.
The line when I went was really long, due to an event happening at the Anaheim Convention center. The workers (there was 3 girls) didn't really seem to care about the line, but rather just taking their time moving about their business. I had waited in line for almost 15 minutes, when there was only about 8 people in front of me.
If it wasn't for their location, I don't think they would really thrive. Food is average and customer service is non-existent for the most part. They were lucky that they got their location and its convenience near the convention center. I probably won't come back, unless I was really desperate. -

Got a bacon mushroom burger and it was spicy! There should be nothing spicy about this burger! Should of just spent the money on room service. Hilton please put something else here! We stay here often and would be nice to have something better. Obviously it's time to go if they only have 2 stars!

Small, burnt, and flavorless patty. Huge, burnt buns. Undercooked soggy bacon. And burnt fries. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Tried this place because it was the only place open for breakfast in the food court and the Starbucks line was way too long!
They had no decaf and ran out of bagels and cream cheese so I tried the sausage and egg sandwich and a regular coffee.
No words....just look at the picture of my $7 egg and sausage breakfast sandwich. That yellow scorched brown disc is the egg. Dry.
The coffee was good, the bun on the sandwich was soft...it was open...2 stars -

Train wreck, disgusting, do not eat here -- particularly the breakfast.
This is a cheap, gross, food-court, burger-joint inside the dilapidated Hilton Anaheim. With any effort whatsoever, this place -- and the rest of the food court could be good and do booming businesses with the convention center traffic next door.
Instead, it's all gross, dirty, and greasy. The breakfast here was plain disgusting. I ordered a bacon-and-egg sandwich and ask for coffee -- which they don't serve (you can that waiting 25 minutes at the Starbuck's next door). Artificial monopoly? Maybe.
Anyway, the food that came throw-out-able. Two pre-fabricated, browned eggs patties, with a few reasonable pieces of bacon ON A HAMBURGER BUN.
You have to be kidding. Avoid.
